The service our HOA board receives from NOVA is outstanding! From board meeting discussions to bid requests to communication with residents, we throw a lot at our regional manager and she handles our requests quickly and with excellent advice.

For example, in January 2019, we faced an inevitable increase in management fees. Our regional manager suggested moving our meetings to teleconference to help cut costs. While it was challenging at first, our board got into a really good groove. I’m grateful to NOVA for pushing us toward a tech-based solution, especially prior to COVID-19.

Many times in the past, I would call or email and no one would return my calls until I was able to get someone on the phone. This was before NOVA took over. Now that they have, everything has been very smooth. When I make a call, I get an answer within 24 hours. The person I speak to on the phone is very empathetic and truly listens to what I have to say. I now feel that I’m being heard and that Nova is truly concerned about my needs. Thank you so much!

Manager’s communication style creates an atmosphere that invites inclusion from all Board members in the identification and resolution of problems or potential problems. She has demonstrated a willingness to be open and actively listen to not only all Board members but to anyone in the community who calls with an issue. Such actions by Manager has had a positive impact for the Board as being effective leaders, which will carry forward to future Boards.

Having interacted with many HOA managers as a Real Estate Broker of 21 years, I can honestly and genuinely say that the Manager  has always been the greatest pleasure to work with–even while I was in the process of buying my condo and now as a Board member. Manager is pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. One thing I’ve noticed as a Board member is that Manager not only cares about the Board members, he equally cares about all the homeowners and always tries to be fair.
